The output of this producing line is 2, 000 tons/per year, the raw material use mixed purple copper and coarse copper. The coarse can push into the furnace directly, purple copper must be selected and bundled then can push into furnace. After raw material is melted in the furnace, use the disk pouring machine pour into anode plate. Foam washing the anode plate, then put them into the electrolyte flume for electrolyzing, after the period of seven days dredge the cathode plate. Boil washing the cathode plate, now the cathode plate named cathode copper. The quality achieve the Chinese standard GB467-82, #1 COPPER≥99. 95%, testing standard is GB471-64.
